Keystone Microtech has instituted the “Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principle”, “Ethic Code of Conduct”, “Regulations Governing the Prevention of Insider Trade” and related rules and also established channels for reporting unethical practices. Directors, Supervisors, managers, and employees shall duly observe these rules and regulations, and shall exhibited integrity in the conduct of business and comply with applicable law in order to perform the obligations to the appointment of the customers. These will be essential for maintaining sound corporate management and proper communication.

Keystone Microtech demands all suppliers not to offer or actually bribe related personnel by establishment the system for reporting illegal and unethical practices. If any person who acknowledges any of the employees of Keystone Microtech requesting or accepting unjustified enrichment from a third party, seeking private benefit directly or indirectly, or any breach of the code of business integrity by other stakeholders, report to the Corporate Governance Officer. Keystone Microtech shall keep the sources of information on unethical and/or illegal practices, the process of investigation and related detail in strict confidence, and protect the informants with special measures to reduce the opportunity of bribery and corruption.

For the pursuit of the policy of ethical corporate management, and for the prevention of unethical practices to its entirety, any person who discovers:

1. Any employee of the Company or any person representing the Company is allegedly involved in bribery, corruption and other illegal and unethical practices.
2. Any act of defiance to the Company and the shareholders (not limited to illicit acts against the shareholders, investors, employees, customers, and suppliers.
