Announcement of the dividend day

The Board of the Company resolved to set the ex-dividend day and the payment day of 2023.

I. The Shareholders Meeting resolved to pay cash dividend from corporate earnings amounting to NT$178,275,680.00 in a regular session dated 2024/06/03. The Company desires to adjust the dividend rate from NT$6.55/share to NT$6.50922419/share payable to shareholders listed in the registry as of the record day. Dividend payment will be round to the nearest NT Dollar.

II. Ex-dividend day and related dates:
(1) Declaration day: 2024/07/11.
(2) Ex-dividend day: 2024/07/17.
(3) Date of Record: 2024/07/12.
(4) Close of trading: from 2024/07/13 to 2024/07/17.

III. Cash dividend payment date was set on 2024/08/01.
